TaNte FriDa - Family Hotel

An awesome family hotel located in beautiful Austrian nature. We found our stag absolutely thrilling. Good food, good service, and most importantly, free beer and wine during happy hours!! If you take everything they offer inclusively, such as children's entertainment, 3 meals per day, alcohol, and etc, the prices are very reasonable, especially for families with multiple children. We will surely return in the future maybe for a ski trip. :)

Today I have visited the hotel to check it and we have asked the girls in the reception about the hotel facilities and asked if we can look around they said yes sure. So, we went around the hotel and my son saw the sand area and wanted to try the tractor suddenly a man who works in the hotel named ( Florian )came to us shouting and yelling telling us this is a place for the hotel guests only and told us with yelling leave the hotel immediately!!! We have told him that we have asked the girls at the reception and they have gave us permission to look around he told us this is not true!!! We told him let’s go together to ask them and when we went to the reception the girls in the reception confirmed that they have gave us permission! They way this guy talked to us today is by no means acceptable it was very clear he was racist. I was thinking to take a couple of nights in the hotel absolutely never after the way he have treated us! He did not even apologise when he was proven wrong!

Really good stay!!! Very polite and hard working people, always top class service. Amazing quality food, a lot of possibilities for the kids. Great programme of entertainment. Clean nice rooms. Only minus point is that it’s a bit of a walk to the ski schule. But when there is a lot of snow, there is a area closer by. Highly recommended hotel:)

Overall: This is by far the most child friendly hotel I’ve ever seen! Amazing rooms, friendliest staff, delicious food & drinks, great variety of activities! Activities: There were so many children’s activities (basketball/football hall, jungle, pool with an amazing slide, trampolines, games, art studio, cinema, bowling, air hockey, library and probably more that I can’t recall now!) and everything in this hotel is child friendly (toilets, cutlery and cups, rooms). - Food: There is always “good” and “fun”food available with various options. Burgers, pasta and pizza available everyday whereas a different theme is available each day at the marketplace and the restaurant. If you want to eat at the pizzeria don’t forget to book in advance! Fresh fruits are available all day long - you can have your vitamin boost by squeezing a delicious juice if you want! - For adults: You can enjoy your drinks while being able to watch your child play downstairs. Cozy spaces available by the pool where you can relax and still have an eye on your child as they play in the pool. Spa and massage available in the facilities- I didn’t use them so can’t give feedback. There is a free shuttle bus leaves the hotel approximately every 15minutes - but do check the timetable at the reception and make sure to be there 2-3 minutes before the departure time. It’s only 3 minutes to Natrun and 2 minutes to Aberg. - The robot: Everyone liked Iku (the robot that goes around collecting the empty plates/cups). It gives a smile when you play with its ears!

Amazing! At this very moment we are having extended dinner for our partners who arrived later; the staff asked with full there initiative if anything should be prepared for them, never experienced service level like this before! The service manager Diego, appears to be sommelier as well and serves guests the 5* way.. nothing to do with what you would expect from a ‘family hotel’.. even though also for the kids all is arranged; our judgement (and we have a small hotel ourselves and are very picky) 5+ Keep up the good work, thanks!
